Inviting in and Letting Go

My teacher Rebecca Pacheco gave us the opportunity to invite in and let go during our yoga session on Thursday night.  Her words reminded me that I can not only exhale and unattach, which I frequently do, but also bring in something I need.

I've been having a hard time getting things accomplished on my long term goal list lately. I decided to invite in focus. 

I determined letting go of negative self talk was a necessary compliment to move forward.

I inhaled focus,  exhaled negative self talk.  Simple.  Mindful.  Mine.
